Who we are

This website is operated for The Smile Blueprint and the Invisalign 101 masterclass, presented by Dr Ahad Aslam-Pervez. [COMPANY DETAILS TBC: legal entity name, registered address, company number]. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL TBC].

What we collect

When you register interest, request the brochure or book a seat, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, if you choose to tell us, your professional role. We also collect standard campaign information about how you found this page, such as which advert or link brought you here.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, send you the course brochure, process your booking, and keep you informed about the event, including joining instructions and any changes. If you have shown interest in the course, we may also contact you about future Smile Blueprint events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Legal basis

Where you book a seat, we process your details to fulfil that booking. Where you register interest or request the brochure, we rely on legitimate interests to follow up with relevant information about the course you enquired about. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in our customer relationship management system and shared with the providers we use to run the event, including our ticketing provider for bookings and our email and SMS platform for communications. We use Meta advertising tools on this site, which may set cookies to measure our advertising. We do not sell your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to run the event and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. To do any of these, email [CONTACT EMAIL TBC]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
